Beatrice MacDonough

AUSABLE FORKS -- Beatrice MacDonough, 82, of AuSable Forks, died Thursday, April 13, 2006, at her home in AuSable Forks.

She was born April 29, 1923, in AuSable Forks, the daughter of Earl and Virginia (Lawrence) MacDonough. She enjoyed cooking and making scrapbooks.

She is survived by one sister and her husband, Connie and Evans Baros of Coral Gables, Fla.; and two nephews and niece-in-law, Eric Baros of Florida and William and his wife Dorothy Baros of Florida; and several great-nieces and nephews.

There are no visitation hours. Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at 2 p.m. in Fairview Cemetery in AuSable Forks.

Memorials may be made to the AuSable Forks Volunteer Ambulance Service.

Zaumetzer-Sprague Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Donna Aileen Davies

KEESEVILLE -- Donna Aileen Davies, 64, formerly of Chesterfield Street, Keeseville, died Easter Sunday, 2006, at her home on Ferry Boulevard, Crown Point.

She was born in Amsterdam, May 29, 1941, the daughter of the late Lewis and Genevieve (Riley) Davies.

She enjoyed listening to music and watching television.

Survivors include her two sisters, Patricia A. Finnegan of Keeseville and Genevieve Ricker of Frisco, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and her many friends at Mountain Lake Services.

Two brothers, David and William Davies, also predeceased her.

Calling hours will be private and at the convenience of the family. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church in Keeseville with the Rev. William G. Reamer, CVPH chaplain, celebrating. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. Alexander's Cemetery in Morrisonville.

Donations in Donna's memory may be made to Mountain Lake Services.

Arrangements are by the Hamilton Funeral Home in Keeseville.

Deaths:

FRANCIS C. LAWSON, 89, of Travelers Rest, Dade City, Fla., died April 11, 2006, at Hernando Pasco Hospice Care Center, Dade City, Fla.

He was born Sept. 19, 1916, in Brocton, N.Y., the son of Carl L. and Edna G. (Haviland) Lawson.

Services and burial will be private at a later date in Plattsburgh.
