Roland L. "Joe" BouyeaPLATTSBURGH -- Roland L. "Joe" Bouyea, 65, of Irish Settlement Road, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at the CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Morrisonville on Aug. 23, 1940, the son of Edward and Eliza (Rougier) Bouyea. Mr. Bouyea married Georgianna Stoker on May 27, 1978. Joe worked for Bill Santa Pontiac for 19 12 years and 23 years at H.E. Automotive. He enjoyed NASCAR, painting, fishing and carpentry and woodworking, building gazebos and working around his home. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Georgianna of Plattsburgh; four children, Christine and George Thew of Mooers, Lona and Tim Shelters of Ellenburg Center, Harlen and Laurie Desotell of Alburn and Ken and Lisa Desotell of Morrisonville; two sisters, Arlene Gosnell of Plattsburgh and Nola and Bud Jarrett of Beekmantown; two brothers, Reggie and Junie Bouyea of Dazel, S.C., and Dick and Iora Bouyea of Clintonville; six grandchildren, Brandon, Beth and Sarah Shelters, David Desotell and Joshua and Stephanie Desotell; and one great-grandson, Zachary Desotell; several brothers and sisters-in-law; his mother-in-law, Edna Stoker of Willsboro; nieces and nephews; a special friend, Larry LaPier; and his dog Ginger. He was predeceased by his parents; a brother-in-law, Bob Gosnell; and his father-in law, Anthony Stoker Sr. Calling hours will be held today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will be in St. Alexander's Cemetery in the spring. Norman W. CookNorman W. Cook, 80, formerly of the Jamieson Line Road, Burke, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006, at Franklin County Nursing Home, Malone. Born in Chateaugay on Aug. 2, 1925, he was the son of Reuben and Myrtle (Hyde) Cook. He was married to Shirley McElwain on Nov. 21, 1953, in Fort Covington Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Farrell. Mrs. Cook predeceased Mr. Cook on July 4, 1994. Mr. Cook is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Lynn Cook of Burke, Randy and Patricia Cook of Beekmantown, and Bruce and Sharon Cook of Waddington; three brothers and five sisters-in-law, Francis and Mabel Cook of St. Anicet, Quebec, Donald and Dawn Cook of Hummelstown, Pa., Ronald and Melba Cook of Constable, Rose Cook of Chateaugay, and June McElwain of Malone. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Besides his wife, Mr. Cook was predeceased by his parents; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Robert Cook, Richard Cook, Clifford and Kay Cook; and a sister and brother-in-law, Eunice and Larry Bonner. Mr. Cook was employed as a herdsman for Sandy Springs Farm, Saratoga Springs. He was a DHIC milk tester and lab manager. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1946 and was honorably discharged in 1947. He was a Holstein farm manager for five years at Stanbridge East, Quebec, Canada. In 1957, Mr. Cook purchased Cedar Rose Farm on the Jamieson Line Road in Burke, where he worked until his retirement. He was a member of the National Ayrshire Breeder's Association since 1946, a member and former president for two years of Franklin County Farm Bureau and director and past president of Clinton-Franklin-Essex Ayrshire Club. He was also member, elder and former treasurer for 17 years of the Burke Center Presbyterian Church. Mr. Cook was a 4-H leader for 17 years, Burke town supervisor for two years, member of the Board of Directors of Chateaugay Cooperative Marketing Association for 12 years, member of Frontier Lodge 517 of Free and Accepted Masons of Chateaugay and a member of the Burke Grange for more than 50 years. Calling hours will be at the Chateaugay Funeral Home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14. Frontier Lodge #517 will perform its ritual service at 8 p.m. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, in the Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Tom Davis officiating. Spring burial will take place at North Burke Cemetery, Burke. Donations in Mr. Cook's memory may be made to Burke Rescue Squad. Francis "Al" DubuquePLATTSBURGH -- Francis "Al" Dubuque, 63, of the Brown Road, died Sunday morning, Feb. 12, 2006, at CVPH Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family. He was born Dec. 12, 1942, in Plattsburgh, the son of Francis and Dora (Martineau) Dubuque. Al married Marie Baker on Sept. 21, 1963. He worked at Imperial Wallcoverings for 32 years and was most recently employed at Schluter Systems. Al was an avid bass fisherman and hunter. He was vice president of the North Country Bass Anglers Club. Al enjoyed gardening with his wife and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Marie Dubuque, of Plattsburgh; one son, Allen Dubuque of Plattsburgh; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Robert Arsenault of Plattsburgh and Stephanie and Chip Blair of Peru; two granddaughters, Brianna and Andrea Arsenault of Plattsburgh; one sister, Evelyn Boule of West Chazy; one sister-in-law, Audrey Dubuque; several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Robert Kennedy, and his wife, Minnie. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Roy Dubuque. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the Funeral Home chapel. A reception will follow at Al's home to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor may be made to the FitzPatrick Cancer Center in Plattsburgh.

12, 2006, at CVPH Medical Center.
He was born in Coopersville on Nov. 7, 1925, the son of Alexander and
Amelia (Tetrault) Boire.

Plattsburgh.
MICHAEL J. KYEA, 38, of West Sand Lake, died Saturday, Feb. 11,
2006, at Memorial Hospital in Albany.
He was born in Plattsburgh on Jan. 19, 1968, son of Leonard and Gail
(Green) Kyea.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb.
14, 2006, at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial
will be celebrated on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006, at 10 a.m. from St. Mary's
of the Lake Church in Cumberland Head. Burial will follow in the parish
cemetery.

STANLEY LOUIS "CHUB" TARBOX of Lake Street,
Piercefield, died unexpectedly at his home on Friday, Feb. 10, 2006.
He was born Feb. 12, 1932, in Piercefield, the son of William Oscar and
Lola Angeline (Hamilton) Tarbox.
Calling hours will be at the Richer Funeral Home in Tupper Lake on
Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A prayer service
will be held during calling hours at 8 p.m. on that date. Burial with full
military honors will be held in Gale Cemetery at a date to be announced in
the spring.
