Harley J. ManorALTONA -- Harley J. Manor, 91, of Miner Farm Road, Altona, passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Altona on Jan. 26, 1914, son of Henry and Julie (Bashaw) Manor. Harley worked as the power plant operator at the Miner Foundation. He enjoyed gardening and watching CNN. Harley was a member of Holy Angels Church. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Julie Manor; his sisters, Ina Vasquez, Vella Manor and Christine Manor; his brothers Lionel, Ivan and Loren Manor. Harley is survived by his wife, the former Stella L. Barnaby, whom he married in Holy Angels Church in January of 1939; one son, Armand "Lefty" Manor and his wife, Liz, of Plattsburgh; one sister, Ruth Prue of Peru; three grandchildren, Lonny and his wife, Pam, Vikki Laidman and her husband, Stuart, Jay Manor and his wife, Kim; two great-grandchildren, Alexis Manor and Taylor Manor, a step-great-grandson, Holden Laidman; two sisters-in-law, Bertha Rabideau of Altona and Theresa Hansbury of West Chazy. Private calling hours will be held for the family only. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2005, at Holy Angels Church, Altona. Interment will follow in Holy Angels Cemetery. Donations in Harley's memory may be made to Altona Fire Department or CVPH Medical Center Foundation. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Altona. Margaret GonyoCHAZY -- Margaret Gonyo, 85, of Chazy, died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Saranac on March 22, 1920, the daughter of Daniel and Melissa (Stanley Behan). She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Arthur and Elnor Gonyo Jr. of Chazy, Kenneth and Karla Gonyo Sr. of West Chazy, Dale Gonyo and companion Amy Mitchell of Chazy and children Dale Jr. and Abigale; two daughters, Monna Fountain of Chazy and Donna Weightman of Chazy; seven grandchildren and their families: Kenneth (Rob) and Lisa Gonyo Jr. and their children Rachel and Jacob of Peru, Keith and Karen Gonyo and children Elyse and Andrew of Macungie, Penn., Kevin and Myra Gonyo and son, Christopher, of Hilton, N.Y., Daryl Weightman and companion Todd Bourgois of Chazy, Jason Fountain and companion, Laurie Goddeau, and son, Jonathan Fountain, of West Chazy; sisters-in-law Ruth Parrotte of West Chazy, Joyce Rushford of Sun Valley, N.Y., and Lorraine Gonyo of Altona; a brother-in-law Edwin Sterling of Rouses Point; and several nieces and nephews. Her husband of 46 years, whom she married Oct. 28, 1938, Arthur Gonyo Sr., died on Feb. 22, 1984. Two brothers, two sisters and a grandson, Dale Weightman of Chazy, also died earlier. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. at O'Neill-Redden-Drown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Sacred Heart Church in Chazy. RileyCIRCLEVILLE, OHIO -- Verlond H. "Chuck" Riley, 74, of Circleville, Ohio, died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at Berger Hospital after a brief illness. He was born Feb. 25, 1931, in Lake Placid, N.Y., son of the late Vernon L. and Martha J. (Sears) Riley. He was a five-year Air Force veteran serving during the Korean War. He retired from Owens, Ill., with 40 years of service and was an avid bow hunter. On Aug. 19, 1952, he married Wanda (Weese), who survives. He is also survived by his sons, Mick (Ann) Riley of Circleville, Wesley L. (Beverly) Riley of Stoutsville, and Christopher L. Riley of Circleville; stepsons Lawrence A. Higby of Circleville and Parker (Sharlen) Higby of Lancaster; grandsons Kyle (Neetu) Riley and Jeff Riley of Columbus and Brock Riley of Ashville; step-granddaughters Melissa (Ed) Zugzdinis of Claymont, Del., and Amanda (Brett) Miller of Groveport; step-great-granddaughter Jade Marie Miller of Groveport; sisters Marie (Art) Rumney of Port Kent, N.Y., and Ada Silverthorn of Lisbon, N.Y.; brother Patrick (Judy) Riley of Upper Jay; lifelong friends Reggie Besaw of Peasleeville, Rich and Ann Ramey of Circleville, and James and Jewel Terry of Tarlton, Ohio; and a sister-in-law Carrie Riley of Peasleeville. He was preceded in death by brothers Llewellyn and Mike Riley; sisters Ina Patterson and Lita Durgon. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005, at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home with the Rev. John Ash officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Padma Vasudeva RaoPLATTSBURGH -- Padma Vasudeva Rao, 82, of Bushey Boulevard in Plattsburgh and formerly of Mysore, India, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005, at Evergreen Valley Nursing Home in Plattsburgh. She was born in India on Dec. 25, 1922, daughter of the late Shankar and Lakshamma (Puttanna) Iah. She is survived by a daughter, Aparna Shastry and her husband, Sitaram, of Plattsburgh; one son, Shashidhara Mattigod and his wife, Nagamani, of Richland, Wash.; three granddaughters, Usha Shastry and her husband, Pawan Roy of North Andover, Mass., Shubha Shastry of Nevis, West Indies, Vinutha Mattigod of Richland, Wash.; one grandson, Raivath Mattigod of Richland, Wash.; one great-grandson, Rishi Roy of North Andover, Mass.; and one sister, Shyamala Rao and her husband, A.N. Roa, of Singapore. Padma was predeceased by her husband of almost 50 years, M.N. Vasudeva Rao. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Following cremation, the ashes will be immersed in the Ganges River in Banaras, India. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Clinton County Office of the Aging Emergency Fuel Fund, 135 Margaret St., Plattsburgh NY 12901-2296. Arrangements are with the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.

RICHARD J. "DICK" TROMBLEE, 63, of Main Street,
Keeseville, died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at Elizabethtown Community
Hospital.
He was born in Plattsburgh on Nov. 17, 1942, the son of William and
Catherine (LaHue) Tromblee.
Calling hours will be private and at the convenience of the family. A
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St.
John's Church in Keeseville with Msgr. Leeward J. Poissant, pastor,
celebrating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Hamilton Funeral Home in Keeseville.
