Mary Jane Barcomb
MOOERS FORKS -- Mary Jane Barcomb, 92, of Mooers Forks peacefully met the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2005. She was born on Nov. 2, 1912, in Montreal, the daughter of Maximillien and Ernestine (Raymond) Trudeau. At age 18 months, upon her mother's death, she came to live in Mooers Forks with her aunt and uncle, Mary and Theodore Snide. On Sept. 10, 1934, she married Arthur Barcomb at St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks. Together they worked the family farm and raised six children. Mary Jane loved to visit with everyone, spend time with her family and make beautiful braided rugs. She is survived by her three sons and their wives, Lionel and Shirley Barcomb of Mooers Forks, Reginald and Joanne Barcomb of Batavia and Eudgere (Jerry) and Noreen Barcomb of Chazy; her three daughters and their husbands, Rhea and David Lewis of North Adams, Mass., Rita and Angelo Giuliano of Rochester and Marie (Edna) and Craig Hansen of Carpinteria, Calif. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Elaine and Tom Laundrie of Rouses Point, Steve and Marcia Barcomb and children Bradley and Rachelle of Mooers Forks, Lynn and John Walker and children Andrew, Kara and Alyssa of High Point, N.C., Lorie and Chad Sample and son Elijah of Mooers Forks, Michael and Karen Barcomb and children Ryan and Alexandra of Milton, Ontario, Alan and Cathy Barcomb and children Marie, James, Elizabeth and Daniel of Batavia, Denise and Vincent Frechette and children Hanaah, Nathan, Laena and Isaac of Manlius, Lisa Barcomb of Ann Arbor, Mich., Lee and Christy Barcomb of Chazy, Brandy and Bradley Juneau and children Celine and Alain of Nassau, Casey Barcomb of Manchester, Conn., Jeff and Lisa Trombley and sons Matthew and Kevin of North Adams, Mass., Danny Trombley and sons Zachary and Nicholas of Williamstown, Mass., John and Jessica Trombley and son Luc of North Adams, Mass., Matthew Giuliano of Baltimore, Md., David Giuliano of Rensselaer; stepgrandchildren, Heidi Lewis and children Ashley and Joshua of North Adams, Mass., Heather and Jeffrey King and daughters Madison, Loren and Chloe of Adams, Mass.; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Arthur; a great-grandson, Luke Frechette; brothers, Roger, Rolland and Ludger Trudeau; and sister, Therese Poupart. Calling hours will be at the E.F. Drown Funeral Home in Mooers on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Members of Knights of Columbus Council 6136 are asked to meet at 7:30 p.m. for services. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks on Friday, Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lukie's SOUL Foundation.

JOHN F. CAMPION, 84, of Bloomingdale Ave., Saranac Lake, died
Monday, Oct. 24, 2005, at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.
He was born in Albany, N.Y., on March 16, 1921, the son of John and
Mary (Fearon) Campion.
Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on
Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005, from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will
take place Thursday, Oct. 27, 2005, at 11:15 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church.
Burial will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery in Saranac Lake.
ROSE A. TOMLINSON, 93, of Second Street, Port Henry, N.Y., died Sunday,
Oct. 23, 2005, at the Horace Nye Nursing Home in Elizabethtown, N.Y.
She was born at Willsboro, N.Y., on July 7, 1912, the daughter of Fred
and Lutinney (Hayes) Peck.
At her request there will be no public calling hours or funeral
service.
Harland Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
WERNER HINDER, 93, of Greenwood Ave., Lake Placid, N.Y., died
Monday, Oct. 24, 2005, at Uihlein Mercy Center in Lake Placid.
Funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home.
CAROLINA A. HUGHES, 71, of Keene, N.Y., died Oct. 22, 2005, at
the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.
She was born in Secaucus, N.J., Nov. 3, 1933, the daughter of Edward
and Frances (Solgis) Walka.
There are no calling hours.
The Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements.
TYLER RENE BRETON, 21, of Virginia Beach, Va., and Tupper Lake
died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005, in a motor vehicle accident in Virginia
Beach.
Friends may call at the Richer Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 2
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service and burial at will be held Friday
at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
