Leonard (Randy) Kelley III
St. Cloud, Fla.
— Leonard (Randy) Kelley III, of St. Cloud, Fla., passed away on June
22, 2005.
He was born
Jan. 8, 1953, in Plattsburgh, N.Y., and moved to Florida in 1976. He
worked in the hospitality management and retail fields. He enjoyed
taking cruises and playing his favorite game of bingo.
He is survived
by his loving wife Sharon; mother, Theresa Spivey; sister, Christine
Keene; sons, Clint, Brad (Faith) and Chris (Lori); four nieces, Melissa
(Jason), Theresa (Stephen), Kristina (John) and Nicole; six
grandchildren, Marina, Brooke, Brittney, Aaron, Lauren and Christen;
three great-nephews, Landon, Matthew and Deshaun; and one great-niece,
Arianne.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, at Fisk Funeral
Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m.
Memorial

Transplant Foundation, Shands Hospital, Gainesville, Fla.

Elizabeth Cady Butler
Richmondville,
N.Y. — Mrs. Elizabeth Cady Butler, 99, died Thursday, June 23, 2005,
at her home on Main Street in Richmondville, where she had resided for
70 years.
She was born on
Jan. 20, 1906, in Maryland, Otsego County, the daughter of Daniel D. and
Libby (Dayton) Cady. Mrs. Butler was a 1923 graduate of Oneonta High
School and a 1925 graduate of Oneonta Normal School. She taught at the
Richmondville schools from 1925 to 1935 and from 1951 to 1971.
She married
Maurice E. Butler in Richmondville on March 26, 1932. He died April 28,
1951.
Mrs. Butler is
survived by a daughter, Jeanne Bresett-Thatcher of Ticonderoga, N.Y.;
and a son, Philip M. Butler of Richmondville. Also surviving are four
grandchildren, Naomi Butler and husband Jerry of Gresham, Ore., Sean
Bresett and wife Abby of Alexandria, Va., Michael Bresett and wife Wendy
of Ticonderoga and Heather Bresett of Tujunga, Calif.; and five
great-grandchildren.
She was
predeceased by two brothers, Milliard Cady and Elmer Cady; and two
sisters, Maude Cady and Alma Liedkie.
Mrs. Butler was
a member of the Richmondville United Methodist Church.
A funeral
service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 30, at the Mereness-Putnam
Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill, with retired Rev. Victor Zaccaro
officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the
funeral home. Burial will be in Richmondville Rural Cemetery.
