Christie M. Tolosky

Mechanicville, N.Y. — Christie M. Tolosky, 24, of Mechanicville, died unexpectedly of a sudden illness on Monday, June 20, 2005, at Saratoga Hospital.

Born in Syracuse on Jan. 29, 1981, she was the beloved daughter of Craig and Barbara Pratt Tolosky of Ballston Lake.

Christie was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Siena College in 2003. She was employed as a customer service representative by Home Therapy Equipment Inc. in Clifton Park and had previously been employed by Royal Care-Omni Care in Ballston Spa.

Maternal granddaughter of Helen Kelley Pratt of Ballston Lake and the late Beverley Pratt; paternal granddaughter of Jeanne Bassett Tolosky of Moriah, N.Y., and the late Joseph R. Tolosky; loving sister of Melissa Lynn Tolosky of Ballston Lake and Nicholas J. Tolosky and his loving companion Georganna Hanson both of Saratoga Springs; loving companion of Thomas Diotte of Mechanicville; also survived by several loving aunts; uncles; cousins and special friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian burial for Christie on Friday, June 24, 2005, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 167 Milton Ave. in Ballston Spa.

There are no public calling hours. Interment will be held in Eastline Union Cemetery, Malta.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted by the family to the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9, Clifton Park, NY 12065.

Janette B. Walling

Crown Point — Janette B. Walling, of Penfield, passed away Jan. 27, 2005.

She was predeceased by her husband, William L. Walling.

Survivors include three sons, Phelps and his wife Barbara, Steve and his wife Ann and David. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will take place Saturday, June 25, 2005, at 11 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Crown Point. The Rev. Alice Hobbs will officiate. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Forest Dale Cemetery of Crown Point.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Genessee Region Home Care Hospice Inpatient Unit, 70 Metro Park, Rochester, NY 14623.
