Curtis A. Post

PLATTSBURGH — Mr. Curtis A. Post, 75, of Sonya Way, Plattsburgh, N.Y., died Saturday morning, Dec. 18, 2004, at Fletcher-Allen Medical Center, Burlington, Vt., where he had been a patient since Wednesday. He had previously been a patient at Champlain Valley Physician's Hospital.

He was born Sept. 26, 1929, in Rogers, N.M., the son of the late Jasper and Missouri (Herndon) Post.

He graduated from high school in Rogers, N.M.

He married Belva Baxter Kennedy of Massena on Oct. 9, 1982, in Hemet, Calif.

He was a traveling hardware salesman for American Wholesale Hardware, working in the El Paso, Texas, and Long Beach, Calif., area. He enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Methodist Church in Banning, Calif.

He is survived by his wife, Belva.

He was predeceased by his brother; and two sisters.

There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Burial will be in the spring at Massena Center Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Plattsburgh Chapter of the Salvation Army.

Paul E. Godin, 79, of Redwood Street, Plattsburgh died on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

He was born in East Berkshire, Vt., on April 3, 1925, son of Arthur and Albia (Viens) Godin.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. Roger McGuinness, pastor of St. John's Church in Plattsburgh officiating.

MARLUM E. DRAKE, 78, of Spruce Street, Lake Placid, N.Y., died suddenly, Dec. 15, 2004, at Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Burlington, Vt.

She was born in Sayre, Penn., on April 21, 1926, the daughter of T. Frank and Ruth (Isaacs) Dale.

There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.

The Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements.

Marjorie M. Boland, 92, of Route 9, AuSable Chasm, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004, at Memorial Sloan- Kettering Hospital in New York City.

She was born in Keeseville, Jan. 29, 1912, the daughter of Peter and Maude (Trombley) Martin.

Calling hours and funeral Mass will be held in the spring. A complete obituary will be in a later edition of the Press-Republican.

Arrangements are by the Hamilton Funeral Home in Keeseville.
