Published: 12/20/04Jean Ann KelleherALBANY — Jean Ann Kelleher, 72, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004, at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Gladys (Cornick) Wise. She retired from Sears in Albany after many years of service in the hardware department. Her husband, Kenneth Patrick Kelleher, predeceased her in September of 1996. She was the beloved mother of Kathleen Kelleher-Assael (Zachary) of Selkirk and K. Patrick Kelleher (Lisa) of Plattsburgh; dear grandmother of Carly and Daniel Assel, Kaleen, Kelsey and Ean Kelleher; sister of Raymond Wise (Laura), Virginia Quinlan, Nancy Fowler, Claire Kiegle (James) and William Wise (Karen); several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services are 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen St., Albany, thence to St. Francis de Sales Church, Maria Drive at 10 a.m., where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Patricia Anne FinkCadyville — Patricia Anne Fink, 66, of Cadyville, went into the loving hands of our Lord Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center, after a long, courageous battle with heart and kidney disease; her husband Charles was by her side. Patricia was born in Plattsburgh on March 18, 1938, the daughter of Lucy V. Donah and George H. Senecal. Patricia was a dedicated and loving daycare provider for many years, as well as a very proud and doting grandmother, deeply touching the many young lives who affectionately came to know her as their "Nanny." She was an avid reader and enjoyed making crafts or just relaxing on her back porch, watching and listening to the sounds of the river. Survivors include her loving husband, Charles Fink; her sister, Norma Garrand and husband, Mitchell, of Plattsburgh; Herman Gamache of Washington; her daughters, Lucy Defayette and her fiancé, Jim, of Plattsburgh; Cora Bill and her husband, Bobby, of California; Norma Hill and her husband, Tony, of Morrisonville; Patti Owens and her husband, Scott, of California; and Belinda Fink of Oklahoma. Also, her sons George Comstock of Washington, Robert Comstock and his wife, Ellen, of Watertown; John Fink of Oklahoma; and David Fink and his wife, Amanda, of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 29 beautiful grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Patricia was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Gary Senecal of Plattsburgh. Also a son, Charles B. Fink Jr., of Oklahoma, passed away on Aug. 3 of this year. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m. at the Whispering Maples Memorial Gardens in Plattsburgh. We would like to thank all of her doctors and the staff on R3 and stepdown for her excellent care through the years. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia's name to the American Heart Association and Kidney Foundation. Arrangements are through the O'Neill-Redden-Drown Funeral Home of Plattsburgh. MARY J. LaCLAIR, 91, of 407 County Route 8, Brushton, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone. Born in Chateaugay on July 9, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Isadore and Cora (Furness) Jarvis. Calling hours will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home in Malone. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Alfred Fish officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Brushton in the spring. |
