Published: 11/28/04Jane EitelCAPE CANAVERAL, FLA. — Jane A. (Macey) Eitel, 68, an aerospace secretary, passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004, at home. Mrs. Eitel was born in Malone, N.Y., on March 14, 1936. She came to Brevard County in 1982 from Dannemora, N.Y. She worked for NASA, was a member of the F.E.W., Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, C.F.C., the Brevard Sharing Center, the Battered Women Association, was a CCD teacher for 17 years, was a member of the church choir and many other charitable organizations. Jane was loved very much and will be greatly missed by all that knew her, especially her children and family. She is survived by sons, Keith and Kyle Macey; daughters, Penny (Harold) Waldman, Pamela Macey and Patricia (Shane) Miller; brothers, Ray (Marion) Boyea and John Jack Boyea; sisters, Betty Sayles and Patricia Trudell; four grandchildren, Monyca Miller, Kamille Macey, Riki Waldman and Ari Waldman; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Calling hours were held at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for expenses. Arrangements were with the Brevard Memorial Funeral Home in Cocoa. HELEN C. MARTIN, 78, of 67 Franklin Ave., Saranac Lake, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake. Born in New Hartford, N.Y., on Oct. 4, 1926, she was the daughter of Vincent and Alice (Cassavaugh) Callaghan. Visitation will be held at Fortune-Keough Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bernard’s Church with the Rev. Thomas Kornmeyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Bloomingdale. |
