Addie Emily Frank

KEESEVILLE — Addie Emily Frank, 82, of Keeseville Country Gardens and formerly of Constable, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

She was born in Huntington, Quebec, Dec. 3, 1921, the daughter of Oliver and Rosanna (Deschamps) Deschambeault.

She was a waitress at the Huntington Chateau and more recently worked as a clerk at Kinney’s Drugstore in Malone

Addie was a very loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

She enjoyed flower gardening.

Survivors include three sons and one daughter-in-law, Andre Grenon and companion, Francine Lavalle of St. Catherine, Quebec, George Grenon and companion, Sylvie Tremblay of Valleyfield, Quebec, and James and Tanya Frank of Keeseville; six grandchildren, Stephen, Josee, Jonathan, Cory, Amy and Stefanie; two sisters, Helen Daniel of Ormstown, Quebec, and Blanche Deschambeault of Huntington, Quebec; a brother, Roma Deschambeault of Montreal, Quebec; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; and her husband, Wilfred A. Frank, on March 21, 1978.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Peru. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated noon Wednesday at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Constable with the Rev. Francis Flynn, pastor, celebrating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Constable Volunteer Fire Department.

Walter A. Rivers

KEESEVILLE — Walter A. Rivers, 52, of Liberty Street, Keeseville, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

He was born in Plattsburgh, April 8, 1952, the son of Aloney and Frances (McLean) Rivers.

He owned and operated Walt’s Home Heating and Repair in Keeseville. He enjoyed fishing and playing cards.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy L. (Besaw) Rivers of Keeseville; three step-children, Steven, Samantha and Kyle Blaise, all of Keeseville; brothers and sisters, Fred and Barbara Gonyea of Plattsburgh, Janet and Jerry Duquette of Beekmantown, Gary Gonyea of Schuyler Falls, Debbie Lincoln of Massachusetts, Terry and Bonnie Rivers of Harkness, Sherry Worden of Keeseville, Penny Everist of Keeseville, Candy and Richard Fletcher of AuSable Forks, Robert and Linda McLean of Keeseville, Lonnie and Hannah Rivers of Morrisonville, Lisa Lucia of Peru, Michelle and Wayne Provost of Schuyler Falls and Joseph Rivers of Peru; his step-mother, Elizabeth Rivers; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Bryant C. Rivers.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at Hamilton Funeral Home in Keeseville. Donations in his memory may be made to the family.

ROBERT BONHAM, 53, of 101 Maple Lane, Bloomingdale, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004 at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.

Born in Nanticoke, Pa., on May 15, 1951, he was the son of Emerson and Kathleen (McHenry) Bonham.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Linda McIntyre and the Rev. Robert Lowenthal concelebrating.

PHOEBE E. SAVAGE, 100, of County Route 4, Bombay, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone.

Born in Fort Covington on March 27, 1904, she was the daughter of the late Antoine and Louise (Slyman) Burnell.

Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Cappiello-McKenzie and Cosgrove Funeral Home in Fort Covington. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph’s Church in Bombay with the Rev. Stephen Rocker officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in Bombay.
