Dale R. Winterbottom

WEST CHAZY — Dale R. Winterbottom, 68, of Fiske Road, West Chazy, died Monday, Aug. 23, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center.

He was born in Plattsburgh on June 6, 1936, the son of George and Helen (Marlin) Winterbottom.

He was a truck driver for Winterbottom Feeds in Chazy for 30 years retiring in 1998.

Survivors include his wife, the former Gloria LaPierre of West Chazy; two sons, Bruce Winterbottom and his wife Chris of Cadyville and Scott Winterbottom of Plattsburgh; one grandson, Colby Winterbottom of Cadyville; two brothers, Gordon Winterbottom and his wife Sandra of West Chazy and Roy Winterbottom and his wife Lana of Bradenton, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Donna) Cross of Mineville and Mrs. Richard (Dorothy) Labossiere of West Chazy; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the R.W. Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Ingraham Cemetery in Ingraham.

Memorial donations may be made to the West Chazy Fire Department or the American Heart Association.

Donald Ray Feazelle Sr.

Plattsburgh — Mr. Donald Ray "Red" Feazelle Sr., 67, of Wolfe Way, Plattsburgh passed away Tuesday August 24, 2004, at his home.

He was born in Roanoke, Va., on Sept. 20, 1936, the son of David W. and Elsie (Sink) Feazelle.

Donald attended Rocky Mt. High School and received his high school diploma while serving in the military. He attended Clinton Community College. Donald served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1957 and the U.S. Air Force from 1957 to 1965 serving in both the Korean and Vietnam Conflicts. He worked for the City of Plattsburgh.

Donald was predeceased by his parents; and a brother, Daniel Feazelle.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Violet M. (Downs) Feazelle of Plattsburgh; his children, Donald and Kathy Feazelle Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va., Alan and Christine Feazelle of Plattsburgh and Terry and Kristen Feazelle of Plattsburgh; ten grandchildren; five sisters, Emily Woody, Jacqueline Boitnott, Juanita Brockman, Beulah "Cookie" Berrie and Janet Layman, all of Virginia; two brothers, W.G. Feazelle and Mac Feazelle of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church on Beckman Street with the Rev. Clark Callender, pastor officiating.

Arrangements are by the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
