Published: 7/16/04Helena E. LatourneauPlattsburgh — Helena E. "Grossy" Latourneau, of Plattsburgh, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at the Clinton County Nursing Home in Plattsburgh. She was born in Chazy, the daughter of Charles and Catherine (Rock) Lucia. She was employed by Diamond International in Plattsburgh for many years. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Church in Chazy. She is survived by six sisters, Amelia Spence of Long Island, Maude Bechard of Chazy, Mrs. Victor (Florence) Corron of Beekmantown, her twin sister Mrs. Frank (Leona) "Bunny" Ball of Beekmantown, Ann Yanowski of Schenectady and Catherine Dumar of Chazy; and a brother, Charles R. Lucia of Scotia. Her husband, George Latourneau Sr. ; a son, George Latourneau Jr.; a brother, Clarence and a sister, Pauline Lucia, died earlier. Calling hours and funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Chazy. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Clinton County Nursing Home. The O'Neill-Redden-Drown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh is in charge of arrangements. Donald M. WirtsHAFTER, 85, of Cleveland, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 6, 2004, at Aurora Manor Nursing Home. He was born in Cleveland. Arrangements are by the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel of Cleveland Heights. |
