Arrangements entrusted to the Symonds Funeral Home & Crematory of Grayslake, Ill. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday at St. Matthew’s Church in Black Brook, N.Y. Internment to follow immediately at the former Crowley Farm, Haselton Road in Wilmington, N.Y. Paul Saratowski, 68, of Sable Street, Port Kent, died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in New York City, June 20, 1935, the son of Edmond S. and Lena (Fearns) Saratowski. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Hamilton Funeral Home. Rufus I. Varin, 73, of Route 374, Cadyville, died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Altona on March 19, 1931, son of the late Vivian G. and Dollie E. (Passino) Varin. There will be no calling hours or funeral services. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home in Cadyville. CHARLES A. HALL JR., 29, of Waterville, Maine, died Tuesday, April 13, 2003, at his home. He was born in Ticonderoga, N.Y., on June 8, 1974, the son of Charles A. Hall Sr. and Elaine Martin. There will be no public calling hours. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Harland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Robert F. Russell, 63, of Duane Street, Malone, died at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone on Tuesday, April 13, 2004. He was born in Malone, N.Y., on July 30, 1940, the son of the late Francis and Mary Beaudry Russell. Calling hours will be in the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home in Malone on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. in Notre Dame Church in Malone. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Sheila Ferguson, 27, of 124 Old Lake Colby Road, Saranac Lake, died Thursday, April 8, 2004, at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake. She was born in Plattsburgh on Dec. 3, 1946, the daughter of Lynn and Dorothy (Phillips) Ferguson. Calling hours and a memorial service were held on Saturday, April 10, 2004, at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. DR. DAVID B. McDOWELL, 78, of McDowell Way, died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Plattsburgh on Feb. 1, 1926, the son of Edward S. and Katherine (Barber) McDowell. The R.W.
