Published: 3/25/04Margaret J. SargeantDannemora — Margaret J. Sargeant, 82, of Dannemora, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Chateaugay on Jan. 14, 1922, the daughter of David A. and Florence (Burdit) Fall. She was employed at Gregory Supply Company in Plattsburgh for many years and retired as office manager. She is survived by a nephew and his wife, Richard and Elaine Harrica of Dannemora; a niece and her husband, Marlene and Elmer Jones of DePeyster; four great-nieces, Amy, Bree, Rebecca and Shann; two great-nephews, Patrick and Jonathon; and four great-great-nieces, Janna, Brooke, Elonne and Qwin. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the E.F. Drown Funeral Service in Ellenburg Depot. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Monday from the funeral home chapel with Reverend Kenneth Davis, pastor of the Dannemora United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Whispering Maples Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Ellenburg Depot. Memorial donations may be made to the Dannemora Fire Department. ETHAN J. LAMITIE, 76, of the Constable Street Road, Malone, N.Y., died Monday, March 22, 2004, at the Alice Hyde Medial Center. He was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Malone, N.Y., the son of Adolphus and Ida (Bigness) Lamica. There will be no calling hours or services. Spring burial will take place in Notre Dame Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are through St. Mary-Murphy Funeral Home, Inc. TERRY F. Lahart, 56 of Leonard Avenue, Plattsburgh, N.Y., died at his home March 23, 2004. He was born in Lake Placid, May 2, 1947, the son of Donald and Dorothy (Perry) LaHart. There are no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements. |
