Georgiana E. Lawrence, 95, of the Brainardsville Road, Malone, N.Y., died Tuesday evening, July 22, 2003, at the Alice Hyde Nursing Home in Malone. She had been a resident there since Feb. 7, 1997.

She was born in Cheboygan, Mich., April 21, 1908, the daughter of the late Darnasce and Margaret (France) Laferniere.

There are no calling hours. A funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home chapel in Malone. Burial will be in St. George's Cemetery in Burke, N.Y.

Richard Goerlitz Sr., 58, of Plattsburgh, died on July 23, 2003, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Clark Funeral Home in Rouses Point.

Claudine Tobin Simonettta, 79, of Kirkley Place, Forest, Va., died July 15, 2003, at her home.

She was born on June 21, 1924 in Cadyville, N.Y., daughter of the late Nellie (Conway) Tobin and Joseph Tobin.

A liturgy of the resurrection was conducted at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Lynchburg, Va., by Rev. Jim Darson. Whitten Funeral Home, Lynchburgh Va., was in charge of arrangements.
