Frank David Lambert Sr.

Zephyrhills, Fla. — Frank David Lambert Sr., 75, of Zephyrhills, Fla., passed away Nov. 19, 2002, in Zephyrhills.

He was born on May 26, 1927, in Ticonderoga, N.Y.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in World War II; a past Grand Knight and a member of the 3rd and 4th degree of the Knights of Columbus; past fire chief of Ticonderoga, N.Y., and a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

He worked as a foreman in a paper manufacturing plant and came to the Zephyrhills area five years ago from Lutz, Fla.

He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Lambert of Zephyrhills; four daughters, Cynthia Czaja of Denison, Texas, Sharon Plouffe of Colchester, Vt., Margot Labatore of Appleton, Wis., and Cheryl Narreau of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; two sons, Frank Lambert Jr. of Little Chute, Wis., and James B. Lambert of Ticonderoga, N.Y.; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Tom Lambert of Houston, Texas; four sisters, Mary Simpson of Mineville, N.Y., Florence Cowan of Ticonderoga, N.Y., Shirley Pelerin of Ticonderoga, N.Y., and Judy Justus of Hendersonville, N.C.

Arrangements are with the Whitfield Funeral Home, Zephyrhills, Fla.

Johnathan Philip Albert

PLATTSBURGH — On Sept. 27, 2002, a little boy angel came to earth to live among us. He captured everyone within the gaze of his sapphire blue eyes and everyone fell in love with him. After six weeks, the little boy angel felt lonely for Heaven and returned there on Nov. 10, 2002. When he left us, he took countless pieces of hearts.

He left behind his mother and father, Cora Jones and James Albert; an uncle, Sam Jones; an aunt, Rebecca Jones; grandfather and stepgrandmother, Mike and Karen Jones; and grandmother, Gloria Proctor. Also left behind are his grandfather, Emil Albert; and aunt, April Grimard; great-grandparents Mary and David Jones; great-grandparents Ora and Earl Proctor; and countless cousins and friends who fell in love with Johnathan.

His grandmother, Thyra Albert, predeceased him.

He will truly be missed.

Services were held at Brown Funeral Home on Nov. 15, 2002.

Marion L. Hurlburt

Ticonderoga — Marion L. Hurlburt, 90, of Meyers Street, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002, at the Indian River Nursing Home of Granville.

She was born in Ticonderoga on April 3, 1912, the daughter of the late George and Alice (Porter) LeRoe Sr.

Mrs. Hurlburt was a lifelong Ticonderoga resident. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ticonderoga.

Mrs. Hurlburt enjoyed taking care of other people in her home.

Her husband, Henry (Hank) N. Hurlburt, predeceased her on Aug. 22, 1995. She was also predeceased by four brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Henry N. Hurlburt Jr. and his wife Mary of Princeton Junction, N.J., and Leon H. Hurlburt and his wife Sheila of Ticonderoga; one daughter, Rayadene Fitzgerald and her friend Henry of Fort Ann; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

All funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home of Ticonderoga.

Joseph Orlando

Cadyville — Mr. Joseph Orlando, 81, of Route 3, Cadyville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002, at the CVPH Medical Center.

He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on March 12, 1921, the son of Albarto and Antanetta (Alogna) Orlando.

Joseph was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He worked at Georgia Pacific for 29 years. He was predeceased by his wife, Tina Orlando, on April 11, 1996.

He is survived by two sons, Nicholas Orlando and his wife Maxine of Schuyler Falls and Rocco and Michelle Orlando of West Chazy; a daughter, Patricia Rock of Morrisonville; his brothers and sisters; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, Park Row, Cadyville. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. from the Brown Funeral Home in Cadyville. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.

Gloria Ann Boulrice, 52, of Champlain, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002, at her home.

Calling hours will be Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Clark Funeral Home in Champlain. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church in Champlain.

Georgiana "Janie" Alphonso, 85, formerly of Merrill and Burke, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002, at the Franklin County Nursing Home.

Calling hours will be Friday, Nov. 22, at the Chateaugay Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
