Doherty, 41, of Route 3, Cadyville, died Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Plattsburgh, Sept. 3, 1960, the daughter of Gerald and Dorothy (Guerin) Guimond. Kathy was employed in healthcare. She enjoyed camping, cooking and reading. Survivors include her parents, Gerald and Dorothy Guimond of Cadyville; her husband, Timothy Doherty of Saranac; two daughters, Crystal and Tiffany Coley, both of Ticonderoga; a grandson, Donivan; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Karen Donah of Indiana, Michael and Brenda Donah and Dennis and Christine Guimond, all of Cadyville; one sister and brother-in-law, Debra and David Timm of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Peru. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home chapel, with. Rev. Richard Wilson, pastor of the Independent Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Edmund’s Cemetery in Ellenburg. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country or the Independent Baptist Church. Harold O. Begor, 79, of the Bull Run Road, Constable, died Monday, July 15, 2002, at CVPH Medical Center, Plattsburgh, N.Y. He was born in Ellenburg, N.Y., on Feb. 5, 1923, the son of Horace and Sadie (McDonald) Begor. Calling hours will be held at the Chateaugay Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 17, 2002, from 7 to 9 p.m. only. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2002, in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Arthur Preve of Marantha Bible Church officiating. Burial will take place at Sheldon Hill Cemetery, Ellenburg Depot. |
