Garvin Demarais, pastor, officiating, and the Rev. Sally White, pastor of the Keeseville and Harkness United Methodist churches, and Deacon John Levison, deacon at the Altona Correctional Facility, assisting. He was born in Rushford, N.Y., on Dec. 27, 1904 to Clarence Hovey Thomas and Julia Ednah Merrill. Friends may call at Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. There will be a Masonic prayer service at the funeral home at 8:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, at St. Eustace Episcopal Church in Lake Placid. The Rev. Judson Pealer, rector, will officiate. Burial will follow at the North Elba Cemetery. |
