Published 4/12/02Eleanor L. BuckleyMorrisonville — Eleanor L. Buckley, 90, of Morrisonville, died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y., on Dec. 6, 1911, the daughter of Michael and Martha (Apel) Meyer. She was a communicant of St. Alexander’s Church in Morrisonville and was also a member of the St. Alexander’s Altar - Rosary Society and the Knights of Columbus Council 6067 Ladies Auxillary. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William N. and Paiwen Buckley of Edgewater, Md.; five daughters and two sons-in-law, Mary Ann and William Orchard of Morrisonville, Helen Buckley of Arlington, Va., Kathleen Deal of Kouts, Ind., Dolores and Gary Foote of Manchester N.H., and Cecilia Pekar of Ballston Spa; 16 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her husband, Emmett Buckley died on Sept. 13, 1996, and a daughter Otilda Meyer also died in 1996. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the O’Neill - Redden - Drown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday from St. Alexander’s Church in Morrisonville. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. She was born in Syracuse, N.Y., on July 12, 1916, daughter of Frank and Mary (Cullen) Danaher. She attended Big Rock District School and Westport Central Schools in Westport, N.Y., and graduated from Orange High School in Orange, N.J. Irene is survived by her son, Thomas Cullen of Reno, Nev.; and a daughter, Susan Pace of Redding, Calif.; her sisters, Margaret "Peg" MacDonald of Moriah, Frances Wnek and Audrey Kole of West Orange, N.J., and Emily Mascola and Genevieve Petrucelli of Tom’s River, N.J.; her brothers, Frank Danaher of West Orange, N.J., and Nick Liquori of Phoenix, Ariz.; and by four granddaughters; two grandsons; and two great - grandsons, Jake and Drew Hecathorn of Seattle, Wash. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Tom Cullen; a brother, Jack Danaher; and two infant sons. There will be no calling hours. A requiem high Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Orange, N.J., on Friday, April 19, 2002. Shields, 49, of the Trudeau Road, died Thursday, April 11, 2002, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Elmira, N.Y., on Aug. 9, 1952, daughter of Arthur and Marielle (Pellerin) LeFevre. Calling hours will be Sunday April 14, 2002, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, April 15, 2002, at 11 a.m. from St. James Minor Church in Cadyville. Burial will follow in the St. Alexander’s Cemetery in Morrisonville. DAVID K. WILSON, 36, of Rugar Street, died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at his home. He was born in Tucson, Ariz., on May 13, 1965, the son of Kenneth and Doris (Harper) Wilson.
