James B. Gordon, 78, formerly of Mooers, died Monday, April 1, 2002, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

He was born in Troy, N.Y., on May 31, 1923.

There will be no calling hours. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, 2002, at Whispering Maples Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Ellenburg Depot.
